First Class shipping
1st class US mail. Usual shipping time is 3 - 5 days depending on where you are in the country.
First class shipping cost is $5.00 per issue.

Priority shipping
USPS priority mail. Usual shipping time is 1 - 2 days depending on where you are in the country.
Priority shipping cost is $10.00 per issue.
